What PullHound is

A free directory and search tool. We don't sell parts, own yards, or handle payments. Purchases happen between you and the yard or seller.

No warranty

Yard listings, hours, phone numbers, inventory, rows, prices and fitment or interchange info come from public sources, yard uploads and third parties. They may be wrong or out of date. The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Always confirm with the yard and check fitment before buying or driving there.

Safety

Pulling parts can be dangerous. Follow yard rules, use proper tools and safety gear, and never work under an unsupported vehicle. You are responsible for your own safety.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PullHound and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost time, travel, parts or money, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50.

Yard and user uploads

If you upload inventory or other content, you represent that you own it or have the right to share it and that it is accurate to your knowledge. You grant PullHound a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, format and link to it on the site. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape or bulk-copy the site in a way that burdens it, upload false, infringing or unlawful content, try to access admin areas, or interfere with the site's security.

Third-party names and links

Business names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Linked sites have their own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
